It’s quite simple really, with every dollar that you spend on Beachcomber water care products you’ll receive 1 reward point, which can then be redeemed for free products. The computer program that we use will accumulate these points for you, so you don’t have to worry about keeping track of them.
Most of you are registered in our computer by your home phone number, so in order to maximize your point totals please be sure that the sales clerk uses your correct phone number when you make your purchase. It’s just that simple.

Testing Service
We are proud to offer a fully computerized water testing service to all of our customers, FREE of charge. We recommed you bring in a water sample everytime the hot tub is balanced after refilling, as well as every thirty days the water is in use. We stock a full range of test kits which can be purchased for day to day testing needs. Next time you come by bring in a minimum of 500 ml of your hot tub water and allow one of our highly trained staff to test the water and assist you with any concerns you may have. read more
